All goods must be returned in their original packaging, and condition in which they were received, and at your own cost.

Please ensure that fragile items are protected and safely packaged.

Please obtain proof or postage as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit.

DAMAGES

Although we take great care to ensure that your parcel arrives safely, we accept that some things are out of our control.

If on receiving your delivery you find an item damaged, please contact us via email with the details and a clear image of the damage/packaging.
