Please Note:  We cannot be held responsible for any Customs Charges, Duties, Taxes or Import Fees relating to any items sent internationally or to non-UK mainland destinations.


We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and the service we provide.

If you wish to return an item, please notify us via email within 7 working days.

All goods must be returned in their original packaging, and condition in which they were received, and at your own cost.

Please ensure that fragile items are protected and safely packaged.

Please obtain proof or postage as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit.


Although we take great care to ensure that your parcel arrives safely, we accept that some things are out of our control.

If on receiving your delivery you find an item damaged, please contact us via email with the details and a clear image of the damage/packaging.

Damaged goods must be returned to us, suitably packaged, for a refund.

The majority of items we sell in store and via the website are either antique or vintage.

Please remember that genuine antique and vintage items will inevitably show some signs of wear, commensurate with age and usage.  Please check over the description and photographs carefully for age related patina and characteristics, and contact us if you have any questions prior to purchasing.  Also bear in mind that colours may look slightly different in photographs, and on your computer screen.

Most items on the website are also available in our bricks and mortar shop.  You are most welcome to visit us during normal trading hours.  Appointments outside of our normal trading hours are available by prior arrangement.   Please contact us on 01749 678912 regarding any queries you may have.

The content and photographs on the website belong to Poppy Greens Home and copying and usage of the content and/or images is not permitted under any circumstances.
