Poppy Greens Home accepts cash, major credit cards and cheques only. Online orders are credit card only.
Returns may only be processed in the same method that the purchase was made.
Poppy Greens Home does not accept responsibility for deliveries which are impossible or require additional expenses due to inaccessibility. Nor are we responsible for merchandise once consigned to a freight company.
Quotes are valid for 30 days. Promotional pricing is confined to promotion dates.
Vintage-style pieces are hand selected and curated by Poppy Greens Home and are sold “as is” to embrace the character, charm, and beauty of their imperfections.
All merchandise must be collected within 14 days of purchase date. A monthly storage fee per item will be charged for items not collected within that time frame. Contact an associate for rates.
Non-Furniture: Merchandise may be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days after purchase. We gladly accept returns on unused bedding up to 30 days after purchase.
Furniture: Furniture may be returned and/or exchanged within 48 hours of purchase only. Delivery expenses are the responsibility of the purchaser and re-stocking fees may apply.
Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit and cannot be altered, canceled or returned. Custom orders may take approximately 8-10 weeks to complete. Potential backorders or delays may increase production time beyond the control of
Poppy Greens Home does not accept responsibility for dye lot variation in fabrics.
Due to the natural characteristics of wood, knots, cracks, holes and finish variations are to be expected and embraced.
Poppy Greens Home does not accept responsibility for damage, shrinkage, fading or discoloration of items due to natural elements, wear and tear, washing or abuse. Please see care instructions on our website for optimal results.
Customer receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges and/or returns.
