Amazing Vintage Sellotape Dispenser

An amazing vintage metal Sellotape dispenser, guessing it is cast iron ?

It is extremely heavy, solid and sturdy and weighs over 3.5 kilo's !

This is a really interesting and unique piece of office stationery

The teeth are worn down/blunt, as would be expected for a vintage piece like this, but  by removing some of the card tube from modern Sellotape, it is possible to still use it.
